Born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, Rich has built a successful career in real estate for 29 years.  Rich epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Melissa Jeffery was born and raised in Lynn.  She is the Granddaughter of the late T. Harold Gayron, former State Rep, Funeral Director and Councilor for West Lynn. She is deeply invested in the community and her local roots and area knowledge have been of great benefit to her clients. Melissa is well connected and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her clients’ buying and selling needs. She is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented and she’ll be alongside you every step of the way.

Melissa has worked in Real Estate since 2000. She joined Toner Real Estate in 2019, after garnering 20 years of experience at Century 21 Hughes. She is a seasoned veteran who specializes in residential and commercial real estate along with rentals.  She services the North Shore, 95 North, and the 128 Belt area.

Melissa is a mother to three wonderful children and an adopted dog Buttercup.

Laura Gunn has been a successful real estate agent with Toner Real Estate since 2013. Laura is passionate about helping buyers and sellers with their unique real estate transactions and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a seasoned agent and a true team player.  Laura found her love for real estate in her search for her own properties.  Her personal experience buying and selling multiple properties, and as a landlord, enables her to confidently guide others. She has worked tirelessly for her clients and it shows through her numerous reviews and referrals.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and spent many years working in corporate finance prior to shifting over to Real Estate.

When she is not working, Laura spends most of her time with her husband and three children and enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, running and swimming.

Originally from Hungary, Anna completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Szeged. After graduating, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for several companies when she decided she needed a new adventure and moved to Boston in 2016. Since then, she's worked as an Executive Assistant and Copywriter. Working for several executives and managers, she gained experience in Office Management, Marketing, Customer Service and Recruiting. Anna is Colleen's full-time Executive Assistant and Toner Real Estate's Office Manager. 

In her free time, Anna enjoys going to the beach, reading, baking and traveling.

Toni Lynch’s passion is working with people! She spent 15 years in the hospitality industry, which served as a solid foundation for her transition into real estate. Her customer service skills, ability to multi-task and positive nature are just a few of her outstanding attributes that benefit her clients. After training at Coldwell Banker, she joined Toner Real Estate in 2017. She has quickly established herself as a key player in the real estate industry, providing excellent service to buyers and sellers and earning their trust, referrals and repeat business. Toni has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to new construction condominiums and investment properties.

A Lynn native and resident, she graduated from Lynn English and continued on to earn an associates degree in Criminal Justice.  

Toni enjoys spending time with her twin sister, family and friends.  She is an avid beach walker and fitness fanatic.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Claudia Tabar-Conway grew up in a multicultural household with 2 lebanese grandparents. She is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks a little French. After earning a degree in Business Administration, she worked in Banking for 11 years. Since getting her Real Estate License in 2010, Claudia built a loyal clientele. She specializes in home purchases and sales in the State of Massachusetts. She has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.

When Claudia isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her children, cooking and traveling.
