Laura was an absolute dream to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so patient. Work with Antoinette (Toni) if you need a real estate agent. You will be delighted. She is down to earth, professional and cares so much about you as a client. She helped watch my kids even so I could look at houses. I could contact her at any time, even in her off hours when I should not have been and she was kind enough to add listings for me to see. She is beyond kind, goes WAY above and beyond her job expectations and is extremely knowledgeable. Her and I worked relentlessly in this market for almost a year and we found a home to exceed my husband’s and my expectations. I can not recommend her enough.

I was very pleased with Toni Lynch! She's professional, prompt in responding and very kind. I have dealt with many realtors, but Toni is the best by far! She makes it seem like she's actually out there to help people, and not just to do her job like most realtors do these days. She also checked in after the lease was signed, just to make sure I was in touch with the landlord, got the keys etc. Highly recommended!

We decided that we wanted to engage a local real estate broker to market our house. We researched who in Lynn area was active and found three brokers to meet with and show them our property. It was decided mainly on Toner Realty in Lynn because Colleen quoted a listing price and offered suggestions to make the house acceptable for the sale. Colleen seemed to have more listing in our area and we felt like she knew what she was talking about. We found Colleen to be personable, friendly and very patient. As soon as we signed the contract the For Sale sign was planted in the lawn.Colleen and her staff associate Anna arranged showings, inspections, and walk-thru. They both kept us informed with what to expect and time and date of appointments. Every time we had a question the answer would be returned within minutes. We did not have to do a thing. We just waited for updates.I highly recommend Toner Realty. They earned their commission and treated us as valued persons. I get that there are a lot of brokers to choose from but what makes this team worth hiring is their combination of professionalism, their networks and their quick problem solving skills. I decided to sell my home in Massachusetts a little over a year ago, and contacted Melissa Jeffery. She came over immediately and showed me comparisons in my neighborhood and got things moving very quickly. She did a lot of showings and was always present and kept me informed on offers, and advised me on which ones were good and ones that were not. My house sold pretty quickly and she handled everything. I basically only had to sign at the closing. It was the first time selling for me, and the first time buying a new home, which was in New Hampshire. She even referred me to another agent who handled the purchase of the new home (which was out of state), and again, everything was taken care of by her associate, Caitlyn. I highly recommend Melissa.

Stephanie was amazing to work with! She is so professional and so kind. I am a first time home buyer and there were so many questions I had, but she has never made me feel like I was silly.
